Redbud Restoration is not a house "flipping" company.  This means we do not buy houses just to paint them and replace carpet then resell a month or two later.  We take the time to restore, modernize, and bring new life to classic homes.  We make every decision with the utmost care to ensure functionality, quality, and timelessness of design.  We never go into a house and just cosmetically upgrade it.  We thoroughly inspect (and generally replace) all home systems.  We bring in engineers, obtain permits and make sure things are done right.  Many flippers try to trick buyers into thinking the house they are getting is nicer than it really is.  We would never sell a house that we ourselves would not want to live in for years to come.  We have the experience and knowledge to create an amazing home for you.
